Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for Custom or personalised order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

UK - The item is packed in a cardboard box/padded envelope, usually dispatched within 2 weeks.
Worldwide - Additional charges may be incurred for postage and packaging costs.
